@Moderator Thanks for your response. I didn't realize that the VOXL CAM is actually a combination of VOXL companion computer and camera module. My drone uses Pixhawk 6C autopilot, I have a companion computer connected to its TELEM2, now I am looking for tracking camera. If I use VOXL CAM, will the VOXL computer conflict with the computer that I am currently using? If not, which port can I connect VOXL CAM to? And what settings need to be made, do you have a manual/instruction for the setup?

Hi @Jerry-Fuller - you need to update the most recent iteration of QGC where the changes have been made to actually upload/get the system out of bootloader mode. I would recommend downloading the most recent daily build of QGC and seeing if that helps flash the device.

hmmm, There is a similar (but not exactly the same) behavior with SPI on APQ8096 where all reads are preceded by a single random byte meaning libvoxl-io needs to read one extra byte than expected and then discard the first dummy byte. However this happens under the hood here: https://gitlab.com/voxl-public/voxl-sdk/core-libs/libapq8096-io/-/blob/master/lib/sdsp/io_rpc_spi.c#L254 I've not seen such a thing with I2C. @jskard Hi, how did you solve the first issue above? I am having the same problem. My second calibration does not ring as well. And my first calibration took 30 minutes but the jinggle doesnt stop.

@doe43john77 Update: There is a program called voxl-configure-modem. All that needs to be done is select some options regarding the manufacturer of the 5G modem as well as the provider the SIM card is provisioned on.

For the -c which is telling the Voxl board which cameras to expect, choose either 3 or 7 depending on your camera config.

To all that might come across this, updating to OpenVPN 2.4.6 solved this issue. Note that a reset of the VOXL is required before the upgrade will take hold. Also, if you are using the vpn-start service, do not use the full file path that is there by default; instead just use the openvpn call like you would in a terminal and use the file path to sudo /usr/bin/sudo before the openvpn call like this: /usr/bin/sudo openvpn --daemon --script-security 2 --config mykeys.ovpn If you don't make this change, it will try to run the older version of openVPN and will run into all kinds of issues.

Yes, I have reviewed it. I observed through voxl-inspect-vibration that there is a significant amount of noise in the IMU (indicated by the red color). As a solution, I replaced the dampers, which helped to some extent. However, these phenomena still occur. Most of the IMU values are indicated in yellow color. Could this be the possible cause? I noticed this information in the seeker drone spec, so I understand that you were referring to flying with GPS. In that case, what is the maximum height at which the QVIO can fly and still maintain stability?
