Flight Review Error

Hello, I am going to cross post this on PX4, but for the most recent stable release of PX4 (1.13.3) I am noticing that we are getting a 400 error when trying to upload to Flight review
This does not appear to be happening with our other flight controllers.
We tried 2 SD cards
We reformatted the SD cardAny insight would be great! Thank you!
