@AndriiHlyvko, I just ran into the same issue while testing Boson (in my case I was testing the 16-bit Boson streaming mode). The libuvc issue caused a crash, since i did not use a fixed version of libuvc. However, what actually caused the buffer overflow was the fact that Boson was reporting smaller buffer requirements for RAW16 during query (it was reporting width * height * 1.5 , just like for YUV, but actual frame size was width * height * 2, so uvc pipeline allocated smaller buffer and overflow happened with the full frame came in. Was this the same issue with your Boson tests or did you experience something else? Thanks! Alex

@jmltt You do not need RC for offboard mode. However, you will have to look and see how your failsafes are set for lost RC to see what it will do. But definitely make sure that you are doing things in a safe manner!

Hi Erik, thanks for pointing that out. It was a mistake, it has now been fixed as there are no CH-201 sensors

@Eric-Katzfey Thanks for your help. I've confirmed that I was able to use J19 with the "RC=M0065_SBUS" option successfully. Hence, if no VOXL_ESC, one should use J18 for the VOXL2 IO board and if there IS a VOXL_ESC board, one should use the J19 for the VOXL2 IO board. The firmware seems to be "smart" enough to figure out as long as /etc/modalai/voxl-px4.conf is set as you suggested. -Joe

@Alex-Kushleyev Thanks for getting back to me I can't fly again until tomorrow but I will upload the log after we attempt a hover test. We were actually able to fly on Monday and we could achieve stable flight in acro mode off a fresh battery but only for about 30 seconds. We're getting new batteries to see if that's contributing. Don't know why it would cause the system (or at-least PX4) to continuously crash/reboot though. @tom that was during our troubleshooting of the hires camera, we set it to a few different settings to see if we could get video. i didnt realize that kicked off voxl-streamer as a service. Sorry I assumed that it was supposed to be running, looking at earlier screenshots it was not running. Prior to that though, with voxl-streamer disabled and not running, we were still running into issues with rtsp streaming across our network. we would get a single frame and then nothing after.

@stevedan As a side note, I would recommend upgrading to the official SDK 1.0 as opposed to beta4 as there are many bug fixes between the two
