The voxl-modem service doesn't need to keep running for the entire time. All it does is a run a few initialization steps and then exits, so that's not an issue.

Per Microhard the ABS max of the 5V rail is +10% consistent with USB specs, so 5.5V.
Anything above that will risk damage to your device.
There are other components on our M0048 design that will be damaged at 6V.What voltage did you apply to this board @aimseis ?

Hi @aimseis
When you use a plug-in board with Voxl or Voxl2, they and the plug-in board manage the input 5V and other voltages so all you need is to provide the correct power module to your Voxl or Voxl2, and the rest is handled.I'm not able to provide answers on shipping time as I am in Hardware Engineering, not shipping/production. Sorry.

@aimseis If you can't ping the voxl's IP address from your pc you won't be able to access portal
