FLIR LEPTON 3.5 Thermal camera with VOXL 2

I would like to know whether I could connect a Flir Lepton 3.5 camera to VOXL 2 board. Using the Starling 2 Image Sensor Micro-coax Front-end Adapter board link.
I want to stream the video from the camera through RTSP protocol, is it possible.

here it is mentioned about the flir lepton , I would like to know whether I can stream the lepton Thermal camera data as RTSP stream from this connection. -

while I run thevoxl-lepton-server
command I am getting the following error. can anyone help me with the process. I am using custom Board for the Lepton, with MCBL-00105-02 cable for the connection. I will verify the pinouts.
I checked the camera with different board and it is working now. -
