Install libopencv on Starling 2

I tried to install a ROS package on my Starling 2, but I encountered this error:
I have a few questions about that:
- Is there any way I can use the VOXL libraries to substitute those libraries?
- If I need a Docker:
- Is there a Docker tutorial I can follow to help me build this image? Is there any image available with ROS Noetic for the drone?
- How can I interface Docker with my drone using ROS or my hardware?
