Forcing Voxl flight into fastboot

@Jayden-Smith Can you try removing the add-on board and see if the board boots into the same mode when queried via.

@Jayden-Smith The mode that it is booting into is called "EDL" (Emergency Download Mode) and unfortunately the only way to recover the board is using a tool that requires a special license from Qualcomm. The best path forward will be for you to submit an RMA for this board: https://www.modalai.com/pages/rma

Please do not power on any circuits board while they are in or on an ESD bag.
Doing so can cause permanent damage.
