Hey @John-Nomikos , where you able to solve this issue, i am facing the same.
@Alex-Kushleyev @Eric-Katzfey , could anyone help me out with this issue. I tried by changing the udp_mtu values, still no luck.
I am using the VOXL 2 board with 1.4.1 sdk , along with flight core v2 sdk. and doodle labs nano for communication. While using the internal PX4 , it is loading fast.
what could be the reason for this issue? -

@Jetson-Nano When you say "while using the internal px4, it is loading fast" are you saying that when running px4 on voxl2 it connects but when running px4 on flight core v2 it doesn't?
@tom Yes, that's what I am mentioning, I am using flight core for control , but just verify I checked with internal VOXL 2 PX4 server, it was loading perfect.

@Jetson-Nano Have you gone through this doc to ensure you have everything setup correctly for an external FC? https://docs.modalai.com/voxl2-external-flight-controller/

@tom Hey , I was able to solve it, it was due to the ip address management in the voxl-mavlink-server.
I changed it to the ip address set for the doodle labs, from the default 192.168.8.1, it was loading much faster and with every setup in QGC. -
