Urgent Support needed for Drone not armed after RC controller calibration

My team purchased couple RC controller for Starling 2 Max drone as backup. I was able to bind the new controllers to the drone and arm the drone whereas the drone did not take off.
Therefore, i calibrated one of the RC controllers which for reason did not go right resulting the preflight Fail message as below. Now, i can not take off drone with any of the controllers.
Preflight Fail: RC Error:RC8_TRIM>MAX(1030/0).
Can the modalAI support team help resolve the issue?

Ujwal@oiler251 Are you using QGroundControl to calibrate the RC? When on the calibration tab and you move the sticks around does everything look okay? What do all of the RC<x>_MIN, MAX, and TRIM values look like? Is it just channel 8 that has strange values?

@Eric-Katzfey RC calibration was performed via Starling 2 Max web-GUI (192.168.8.1) under debug RC Calibration. This was the first time i ran the RC calibration as the drone was not fly as normal. During RC calibration, it reported as channel 7. Then, i repeated again which reported channel 8 then.

@oiler251 Yes, you would need an IP connection of some sort, WiFi is usually the easiest. If that's not available then I suppose you should just stick with voxl-portal. I was just trying to get more information to help troubleshoot the issue you are having. That's why I asked for the parameter values. Is it possible for you to provide those values?

I calibrated RC controller via QGRoundControl. I don't see Trim error but there is GPS POS drift too high message and does not take off. Is there a way to reset everything back to factory setting.
Unless someone available on Monday to support his effort over the phone as my team is not expert with the device and the programming parameters. -

@Eric-Katzfey Last few steps of the calibration are not sure not which switch to press/toggle for left and right switches on top. That could be the reason 5 through 8 are messed up.

@oiler251 Ah, okay, so the RC errors go away when you calibrate with QGC? Now you have a different error with GPS? Based on the parameters it looks like channels 1 through 4 were calibrated correctly but 5 through 8 look messed up. Those are channels associated with switch settings.

@oiler251 Why can't you set EKF2_GPS_CHECK to 1? What happens when you try? Your last screen shot shows 2 errors. The high throttle error just means you have to put throttle to lowest position before arming.

@Eric-Katzfey The current value of EKF2_GPS_CHECK is 245. I clicked on the number and replaced the 245 with 1 and clicked save button. It does not replace the number.
Regarding throttle error msg, it appears when the left gimble is to the bottom right corner which is what the VOXL developer bootcamp instruction.Is there an expert who can support over the phone or video call?
If there is none, then can you provide your supervisor contact information that i can forward to my manager to take care of the issue.
