Limted flight speed in mission and position modes

Hi team,
I tested m500's flight speed in different flight modes, and I found the maximum speed was limited by up to 5m/s in both mission and position modes. However, the speed could easily go up to 10m/s in manual mode. So, I am wondering if there is a default max speed setup or safety control in mission and position modes?Here is the velocity in a mission test, and I set the speed as 10-12m/s (12m/s is the default max value of px4), but the actual speed was less than 5m/s.
Also, it is another example in the manual mode, and I can speed up m500 to 8.5m/s in seconds.
