Frame of reference for MAVROS Local Position Pose

Hello all,
What is the frame of reference used by the MAVROS node for publishing the /mavros/local_position/pose topic? If it's not in ENU, how can I convert this topic to use ENU as the reference frame?
@SMRazaRizvi , the reference frame should be NED (convention that is used in PX4) - can you please check if that makes sense?
