Flights in confined dusty environments
What settings will work for the VIO & VOA when flying in very dusty enviroments?
Should I lower the detection limits?
If so, would that be done for VIO, VOA, or both?
I tried flying in a very confined dusty environment with VIO and VOA enabled.
The distance for VOA was set at 40cm.
The area I was flying in was about 10 feet by 10 feet.
The drone would often drift towards the walls (very unstable flight).
I would take off in position mode, and either directly after takeoff or soon after takeoff, it would switch to manual flight mode.
Then I tried with only the VIO enabled and the drone would respond to any of my stick movements, only the thrust (ascend & descend) would respond.
Are there any settings that would help with these type of flights?
Unfortunately no, computer vision systems need features to operate
