Hi, on Voxl2 it appears I do not have the voxl-dfs-server service. I'd like to know how I can install the service without reinstalling the whole suit and/or wiping the system image.

@Thabisa Your rb5 seems to be on a pretty old system image (latest is 1.4.1), you'll likely want to update to our latest platform release (0.9) which is system image 1.4.1 + voxl-suite 0.9.4.

This release can be downloaded from downloads.modalai.com: (https://developer.modalai.com/asset/view/117)

Thanks @tom for your response. Could you provide instructions on how to safely do the update and still keep my settings and calibration?

        Thank you.

@Thabisa Sure, you can follow the instructions here: https://docs.modalai.com/Qualcomm-Flight-RB5-voxl-sdk-upgrade-guide/#installing-platform-release

It references an older release but you'll want to load the 0.9 release.

Thanks once again for the response @tom . Just to be on the safe side, is it correct to go ahead with this update based on my hardware version as attached above in my initial message? Is it correct to say that we are flashing the rb5 chip (M0052) on my VOXL2 (M0054) board the warning is just confusing a bit. I have followed instruction and am in the platform release that you previously recommended.

@Thabisa Apologies I don't know why I thought you had an RB5, no don't flash that image. Flash the voxl2 specific one: https://developer.modalai.com/asset/view/116
