Extra USB Aurora 900 through USB connect to VOXL Flight
-
Hello Modalai, your tof camera does not meet my need so I've bought an extra USB Aurora 900 camera as a RGB-D camera. Could I just connect the camera to J1006 port in VOXL Flight , which is also a USB port?
Anyway it bothers me to buy an extension board with a USB interface, but I wonder if the operation above would damage the VOXL Flight board?

Hi @moo-poo ,
No, not that port. It is only a peripheral connector for QGC or other host to talk to the MCU.

The comment about "not providing power" which is needed for a host port.
The only USB host ports on Voxl/VoxlFlight are through the J13 60-pin connector.
Hope that helps.
