Would an Frsky 32 Channel RC bind with the m500's Spektrum Transmitter?

Trying to bind my Frsky RC with my m500 drone. Followed the instructions from the VOXL m500 setup video, couldn't bind it. What are to be ensured to bind the RC?

No, only a Spektrum transmitter will bind with a Spektrum receiver. You need a FrSky receiver connected to the Flight Core to bind to an FrSky transmitter.
