SIM card pin issue for LTE v2 module

Not a question but posting here in case it helps anyone in future. Spent a reasonable amount of time trying to figure out why I couldn't connect to LTE. The following error kept occurring:

Mar 03 14:53:59 apq8096 systemd[1]: Started Modem Initialization.

Mar 03 14:54:00 apq8096 voxl-modem-start.sh[4674]: Initalizing cellular connection...
Mar 03 14:54:30 apq8096 voxl-modem-start.sh[4674]: "UIM uninitialized"Turns out my SIM has a PIN which needed to be disable (can be done on your phone). Might save someone a bit of time.

@David-Smyth Thank you for that info! I’m curious, what kind of SIM card / service are you using?

I'm based in Ireland, the provider is called GoMo: https://gomo.ie/. PIN is enabled by default (details at https://gomo.ie/joining-getting-started-with-gomo/ under "Activate my SIM"). It's just a regular mobile phone SIM card
