offboard takeoff height problem

hi all
we have 5" quad based voxlflight and lidar as an height sensor .
we trying to make simple takeoff to 0.5m height indoor in offboard mode.
we have a Consistent problem, the quad takeoff to 0.5m and after few seconds keep ascending to 2.5m and goes down to 0.5m again .i added here flight log and parameters file .

Hi Ben, we do not have experience integrating a distance sensor for altitude with PX4. Flight Core uses a nearly mainline version of PX4 and should behave as any PX4 system would with an altimeter. PX4 has that feature documented here, that might be a good place to start.

Were you able to solve it. It seems that it always takeoffs to the default height 2.5, seems to be something in px4.
