    I am a Berkeley student currently building a drone simulator in which I want to include accurate drone parameters for verification purposes. I would ideally like to reference the parameters of the M500 drone. I am aware the mass is listed as 1075g with battery (820g w/o battery). However, I also need the arm lengths (the distance from the center of the drone to the axis of rotation of each propeller), the maximum thrust of each rotor, and the constant that relates the (approximate) drag torque of the propeller to its thrust.

      @es24ucb ,

      You can find the motor/prop tests here : https://gitlab.com/voxl-public/flight-core-px4/dyno_data/-/tree/master/data/m500 . Additional specs can be found here : https://docs.modalai.com/m500-datasheet/ . There are several tests with two different propellers and motors. If you send a picture of your motor / propeller, we should be able to tell you which dyno data to use.

      We do not list the dimensions that you are asking for, but they are easy to measure with a ruler if you have the drone.

      Please let us know if you have any other questions.

      Alex

        @Alex-Kushleyev I do not have the drone itself yet. Is there a CAD model I can use to measure the dimensions I need?

          @es24ucb , the M500 uses an off-the-shelf S500 V2 frame, which has 480mm diagonal distance between motors, so each motor is 240mm from the center. I hope this helps! I am sorry we do not have a CAD model of M500 that we can share at this time.
