Support Required for UAV Coordinate and Parameter Issues in newly unboxed sentinel

My team just bought and unboxed one of your quadrotors (Sentinel) last week, and we are encountering several critical issues that require immediate attention and support. We have tried various troubleshooting methods without success and are now reaching out to you for expert assistance.
Inaccurate X, Y, and Z Coordinates Using VIO and GPS: We have calibrated the UAV both outdoors and indoors multiple times, yet the x and y coordinates continue to display an error. Fortunately, after fusing vision-based height estimation, we managed to correct the z coordinates indoors. However, GPS accuracy outdoors remains an unresolved problem. Any insights into what might be causing these discrepancies would be greatly appreciated.
Unable to Change the Parameter Value of EKF2_AID_MASK: Another troubling issue we have faced is with the parameter value of EKF2_AID_MASK. Despite our best efforts to modify this value, it continually reverts to 0. This problem has become a significant hindrance in our progress and appears to be beyond our ability to fix.
We have thoroughly consulted the available documentation, forums, and troubleshooting guides, but the solutions remain elusive. -

First order of business would be to get some more information.
Could you please provide us with which System Image and SDK is currently on the drone?
If you're using QGC, which version do you have downloaded? There have been issues with loading parameters in older versions.

We have thoroughly consulted the available documentation, forums, and troubleshooting guides, but the solutions remain elusive.@Amisha-Bhaskar You definitely should upgrade to SDK 1.0.0 if that isn't installed on your Sentinel yet. Then see if that helps with the problems you are seeing.

@Amisha-Bhaskar The parameter EKF2_AID_MASK is deprecated in 1.14. See the notes about the parameter in the reference manual here: https://docs.px4.io/main/en/advanced_config/parameter_reference.html

@Amisha-Bhaskar However, it won't revert to 0 if you change it. The parameters that you update are saved in the file /data/px4/param/parameters. Do you have that file in your filesystem?
