RB5 adb or wifi no longer communicating

@MaxG I would first check to see whether the board is coming up in fastboot with
fastboot devices. If not it can be forced into fastboot mode by pressing and holding the fastboot button on the M0090 add-on board and powering the RB5-Flight then releasing the button.If you can get fastboot up, you can then re-flash the board, following the docs here: https://docs.modalai.com/Qualcomm-Flight-RB5-system-image/#
