      Hi Support,
I have a starling 2 drone, it had a hard landing and I believe it is in crash state (there is a green LED that is on), due to this, i can't adb shell into it, it's not listed as adb devices, it doesn't even go into fastboot mode. Kindly assist!

I have attached an image of the drone showing the LED.

      Thanks,
      Taiwo

          Hi @taiwohazeez,

I'd start with unplugging all the peripherals (cameras, wifi, gps, rc, etc) so you just have a bare voxl connected to a power module and check if it boots then.

@teddy-zaremba when i did that, it did that, it booted (the esc flashed and went off). I tried connecting the peripherals individually, the LED came up right after I connected this particular 4 pins WhatsApp Image 2025-07-22 at 1.50.32 PM.jpeg

              Hi @taiwohazeez,

That is the cable that powers the VOXL. I'm suggesting you leave that plugged in and disconnect everything else. I see you still have the VOXL 2 WiFi Add-on board connected. Disconnect that as well all the cameras on the bottom of the VOXL, ESC, and GPS.

Please have the VOXL powered off while you disconnect everything.

Let me know how it goes,
              Ted
