Screw size for Starling 2 frame
-
Hi, I'm trying to get replacement screws/fasteners for the Starling 2 frame.
They appear to be
- phillips head
- approx 27 threads/inch
- Approx length: 7.75mm or 0.3"
- Rounded cap
- Possibly thread forming?
- smaller than M2.5 screws
I haven't been able to find replacements on mcmaster or find a model number anywhere. The CAD has the screws modeled, but there is no name for the screw since the assembly is a .STEP file.
Could anyone provide a link to mcmaster or a detailed screw description?

@starlinguser , sorry for the delay. The part number of the screw is:
McMaster Carr 99461A922
McMaster-Carr
McMaster-Carr is the complete source for your plant with over 595,000 products. 98% of products ordered ship from stock and deliver same or next day.
Any similar M2.2x8 thread forming screw should work, but we found this one works best.
