What is the physical memory(ROM) in VOXL2? Also are there any technical feasibility to add more physical memory through any SSD extenders?

You'll see Voxl2 has 128GB of on-board UFS FlashYes, you can expand Flash size by using our J5 expansion port SDCC (or UFS1) interface.
