How to enable BBR in VOXL2?

I would like to improve the network performance in VOXL2 and I found out about the BBR.

I thought I could use the BBR because VOXL2's OS was ubuntu 18.04 and its kernel version was above 4.9. However, I encountered the error message below.
Is there a way to apply the BBR to VOXL2?

@kay-han Hi Kay, you could look at how to build the kernel here: https://docs.modalai.com/voxl2-kernel-build-guide/ If it is not currently included, you might need to add it
