Our ME find it is not real 3D file only as 2D block as below jpg, ME need to design waterproof for housing, colud i have real 3D file as M0014? Thanks.

That's what our mechanical team created from basic 2D drawings, and it's included in our 3D assemblies, so it is 3D. And its what we use in all related assemblies, so the data is there.
Your ME would just need to "unfold" it but it is all the information we have on this.
The only other thing we have is a 2D drawing (linked on that same page but pasted below for your convenience) and your ME can build up the model to your specifications and constraints that way.
