      Hi devs

I purchased the 4k hi-res camera thinking that i would receive whatever i am using right now but when it arrived, it appears different from what i had before. The lens is now recessed and the part number has changed.

Am a little upset that there was no notification regarding this. I cant install this on my aircraft anymore unless i make some modification to it.

Hi hmlow, sorry for the confusion.

We have multiple VOXL image sensors that can be used for 4k. Their titles and descriptions are different

The following are both available, maybe one was ordered instead of the other by mistake?

        • 4k High-resolution Sensor for VOXL (8x8x5.8mm)
        • 4k High-resolution Sensor for VOXL (10x10x16mm)

No i believe there are two part numbers even for the 8x8x5.8mm version?

          M0025-2-01 and M0025-1

          This is what i received:

Oh, I see. You are correct. I didn't think we had sold any of the older version independently. The newer version (M0025-2) has a much better focal length and lens characteristics.

We can send you the older version free of charge if you prefer, but at some point we will run out of stock.

@Chad-Sweet I see... let me test it out first then.

Might want to consider making a note on the store page in case this affects someone else as well. For one, the photo shown on the store does not match the product that is actually being sold.
