How to make VOXL Flight DECK fly at offboard?

Hi, My device is VOXL FLIGHT DECK.
I can use RC to control my device.
Now, I'd like to use offboard mode.
First, I key in "docker run -it --rm --privileged --net=host gcr.io/modalai-public/voxl-mavsdk-cpp:v1.0 /bin/bash"
Second, Type "./takeoff_and_land udp://:14551"
And then Show following message.
At bottom, It keeps saying "Vehicle is getting ready to arm"
