Battery Issues

Hello. I purchased a Starling 2 Max development drone and when attempting a first flight test I discovered that one of the batteries arrived entirely dead. I was curious if there was a way to receive replacements, and if this falls within replacement territory. I contacted the support email and was directed here. I can provide more information if needed.

I'm guessing that the battery will no longer hold a charge since it was fully drained? -
Correct. We placed both on chargers and allowed them time to charge, and then checked voltage and found no reading on the one battery. We attempted for force a charge and that didnt work either.

Thanks for providing that information. Was it just one battery that was faulty? If so, we will ship a replacement battery to you. Please provide your original order number so we can look up your information.
