Drone Issues

Has anyone else had issues with their drone not lifting off properly?
Mine either won't get off the ground at all, or when it does manage to lift, the front side seems to drag on the floor and it won't rise evenly. I've checked the propellers and made sure everything looks installed correctly, but the problem persists.
I'm wondering if this could be a motor issue, calibration problem, or something else. Has anyone experienced similar behavior or found a fix?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
