Starling 2 Max GPS

My organization just received our Starling 2 Max Drone. We flew it today for the first time. We had had QGround Control Up but couldn’t ever get a GPS lock. I had the drone outside in open area for well over 30 minutes for it to cold boot.
The cable harness from the u-blox M10 GNSS GPS module down to the Voxl seems secured.
Could it be a driver issue? What else can my engineers try and check?

@colombe-ai There is a long-standing GPS issue ModalAI is working to solve. Depending on when you purchased the drones, there was a disclaimer on the purchase site. You can see in my last commented on post one of the devs promised status in the coming days. There is another post here where people have made mounts/shielding to reduce EMI, which is almost certainly the issue.
