Sentinel / Doodle possilities

We are interested in purchasing a Sentinel to be utilized as a test bed kick starter in developing a VOXL 2 based platform that utilizes a Doodle Labs Mesh Rider Mini. I've reviewed the documentation found here https://docs.modalai.com/doodle-labs-user-guide/#hardware-setup.
Are there any Sentinel-specific issues I should be aware of?
Is there a specific way I should configure the Sentinel purchase from you since I do not intend to utilize any of the standard coms options?
Is there a more appropriate Modal Development drone I should consider instead of the Sentinel for the purpose?
If the Sentinel is the best development drone for this purpose, is the UART expansion adapter, and the cable power module the only additional hardware I need to purchase from Modal?Cheers,
