Encrypt files within the VOXL

I need to encrypt a folder inside my VOXL and I don't find the suitable program to use in order to do so. I've tried using VeraCrypt by cross-compiling it but it didn't work. I've also tried using eCryptfs in the same way but it didn't work as well. Does anyone ever tried doing it and know how it's done?

@qqa , are you asking about VOXL1 or VOXL2?
