Is there any advice or method to measure the lte strength that my module is able to receive?

You can use a variety of AT commands in order to read / write to the modem. One command that we often use to query signal strength is AT+QENG="servingcell". You can send this command and read the output to the terminal all in a single command using echo -ne "AT+QENG=\"servingcell\"\r" | busybox microcom -t 1000 /dev/ttyUSB2.

@Aldo-Castro-Freire microcom is a program that can be used to talk to devices over a serial port (/dev/ttyUSB2). It handles sending AT commands to the modem cleanly.

I also have another modem that is 5g that I would like to connect to the microusb? what device would that be ? it would be ttyUSB1 ?

What 5g modem are you attempting to use? The drivers would need to be integrated into the kernel in order for it to be recognized.

I am not sure but none of the commands are running.
Also, it does not have the command AT+QENG for me to check out

Can you show an example output of what you are seeing? Also, which modem are you using?
