Unable to connect to QGroundControl
-
I have been trying to connect to QGC,
- I attepted to have the drone and the Ground Station connected via AP
- I have had both drone and GS connected to the same network via station
neither worked, I then came accross the youtube video "VOXL 2 - PX4 to QGroundControl Quickstart". I got as far as running
voxl-configure-vision-px4
when I get a command not found, more curiously it doesn't seem to be appear in my services list.Any ideas? On windows.

Hi @A-Evans ,
Odd that the command can't be found! We need voxl-vision-px4 running in order for the plumbing to be happy... I'm wondering if the setup got altered in some way (e.g. something got deleted)?
The software packages are all available from our Platform Release, info on where to download and how to install are here in case you want to try to get a fresh install going? https://docs.modalai.com/platform-releases/#install

@modaltb Think thats my best option, no idea what's happened here mind, is there not a factory rest option?
-
There's a guide here: https://docs.modalai.com/sentinel-factory-reset/#sentinel-factory-reset-guide
You can look on target at /data/voxl-suite-offline-packages, and there should be a voxl-vision-px4 debian package that you could try to install, but seeing that program that should be there isn't, I'm concerned that files didn't get messed up, so depending on how much you want to trouble shoot, the factory reset process might be the way forward. Please advise if you hit any snags with the procedure

@modaltb Thanks for this, managed to just reinstall a few packaged from there, bit nervous to go the factory reset, we've had the drone for a while now but we are going to try a first flight soon. seems okay.
