QGC shows me a gps error with my m500 drone and M8N gps

Sometimes QGC shows me the position of the drone and sometimes it say the message No gps lock, and I don't really know why, and, even if the gps is showing on the QGC map, the led on the GPS is blue, so it means that its not geting the position, GPS_LIGHTS. I tried to follow this guide with a similar problem GPS NOT ACQUIRING, but I couldn't fully understand it
