Questions about VOA on VOXL2 based drone (eg - Sentinel)

Hi,
I have the following questions about VOA that I would like answered:

Does VOA respond differently depending on the speed of the drone? For example, does it kick in sooner if I am flying much faster from further away? If it does not, how slow do you need to be flying in order to avoid crashing into obstacles?

What size of obstacles does VOA detect? For example, can it detect a telephone pole or a telephone wire?
