We use the hires IMX412 and IMX664 sensors. When using an 8mm lens, the lens mount is too short. With the IMX412, the lens fits into the mount by only about 1 mm, and with the IMX664 even less, so it cannot be focussed. Could you please indicate which lens mounts are used on both sensors so that we can purchase and replace them ourselves? And will it be possible in the future to order them with a lens mount that has a higher fitting?
Hope you can help us with this. Thanks!

@Gerhold-Ten-Voorde , have you considered adding a spacer between the camera sensor PCB and the current lens holder? At least for testing purposes, that should work.

I will check if we can share the lens holder part numbers.

        Hi @Alex-Kushleyev

Thanks for your response. We did not consider to add a spacer, but it is a good idea.

Yes, I would like to receive the lens holder part number, so let me know when you found it.

@Gerhold-Ten-Voorde , our lens holders are custom and we do not have any information we could share about those, but you may be able to find similar lens holders from other sources.

          IMX412 : https://www.m12lenses.com/M12-Lens-Holders-s/61.htm

For IMX664, you may want to check Runcam fpv cameras, which appear to have similar lens holder / housing, however i don't know if those would have extra threads you need.

Also, please note that if you are going to try the spacer approach, make sure that there is absolutely no gap between the spacer, lens holder, otherwise light can enter the camera from the side and affect the image quality. Also make sure that even when using the default lens holder with IMX664, the mounting holes in the aluminum housing are covered, so that light cannot get inside.

@Alex-Kushleyev I am wondering why you are using custom lens holders. Is that because standard ones does not fit? Or is it because of quality or other reason?

              Hello @Gerhold-Ten-Voorde ,

This is not related to the quality, but instead, it is a supply chain decision.

              Alex
