Flight Core V2 to replace a Pixhawk 6C

We are successfully using the VOXL2 mini in our drone and it is processing data from a LIDAR unit, an array of ToF Sensors, and is communicating to a Pixhawk 6C. This may be a simple questions, but between the VOXL2 mini and the Flight Core V2, is that the compute power we need?

@Steven-Girouard Are you using PX4? ArduPilot? You could run that directly on the VOXL 2 mini depending on what your IO needs are.
