Starling 2 Max does not roll and pitch in position mode

I have a Starling 2 Max drone (refer order #5589 for specs) that does not pitch and roll with the Ghost Atto joystick in position mode. I need help to resolve.
Note: The drone does pitch and roll in manual mode. And the thrust and yoke work in position mode.
