It was just the one battery. The order number is #7238.

Correct. We placed both on chargers and allowed them time to charge, and then checked voltage and found no reading on the one battery. We attempted for force a charge and that didnt work either.

Hello. I purchased a Starling 2 Max development drone and when attempting a first flight test I discovered that one of the batteries arrived entirely dead. I was curious if there was a way to receive replacements, and if this falls within replacement territory. I contacted the support email and was directed here. I can provide more information if needed.

We do not at the moment have the secondary Microhard modem for the master/slave connection.

Hello, I am apart of a research group that is working on VSLAM and image segmentation for various platforms. We recently purchased your Starling 2 Max platform with the intention of using it for these projects. We want to get and save data from its cameras and have it navigate autonomously based on waypoints and/or a calculated path. I was curious if you had any tips or suggestions on how to best connect to and communicate with this platform?
