Starling 2 Max - GPS issues

Hello,
We've purchased a Starling 2 Max and are entirely unable to get a GPS lock. It's to the point where we believe it is a hardware issue.
We ran voxl-inspect-gps and get 0 sats and no lock, as well as extremely high errors (see below)

126.1 | NO GPS | 0 | 0.0000000 | 0.0000000 | -17.0 | 0.00 | 4294967.295 | 3791396.864 |When the GPS is unplugged while the VOXL2 is still running, the values shown in voxl-inspect-gps change, confirming that the GPS and the VOXL2 are communicating.
Is this a known issue? We have MRB-D0012-4-V2-C29-M11-T9-K2. Is this a simple fix?
