Replacment

I have a Voxl 2 sentinel that was working perfectly that we have been developing on for the past 6 months. Today we tried to adb into it and we are getting zero response. I tried putting it in Fastboot and still no response. We did not flash it or do anything out of the ordinary. Please let me know if this is a common issue or how we can send it over to you for a potential replacement.
