VOXL flight connection with PX4

Hi. I have purchased a VOXL board. I'm planning to connect it with my own PX4 board. I have figured out the connection from the page described in the documentation (between j12 header and telem port of pixhawk).
I wanted to ask about how do I power up my PX4 module? Do you guys have any suggestion for this? As of now I have the power module that came up with the VOXL board. -
checkout the MCBL-00011 which can act as a cable coming from power regulator that powers both voxl and flight core
