is it possible to connect a 2nd gps and 2nd compass for redundancy without using J3 port

does the VOXL 2 support 8 pwm channels for ESC and gimbal?

does the VOXL 2 offer a seperate UART port for ESC telemetry?

Did you test the VOXL 2 with FLIR Boson and FLIR Lapton? What is the configuration setup?

Most tasks including drone control seems to be running on the same chip. Does it need another chip to run the px4 firmware? Did you already have time for extensive (permanent) testing? In which cases does it need an external flight controller?
So the big question is, if the VOXL 2 supports redundant GPS, and compass sensor, ESC connection over PWM signal + UART Port (RX) for ESC telemetry and a mounted LTE module at the same time? How can this be realised?

For the other items, it may be easier to use an external flight controller. VOXL 2 has a different set of I/O than STM32 based flight controllers. In general, if it's not documented here, it will be a lot of work to implement
