Cannot load message class for [mavros_msgs/State]

Hi...
Ros Kinetic docker is running run_mavrosonly few commands are working after i enter inside voxl shell
rostopic echo mavros/state is throwing following error
ERROR: Cannot load message class for [mavros_msgs/State]. Are your messages built?
but
rostopic echo mavros/battery works fine
also rosservice calls are not working
ERROR: Unable to load type [mavros_msgs/CommandBool].
Have you typed 'make' in [mavros_msgs]?pls help
