How to get video in 4k using the OpenCV with Python

Do you know, is it possible to get the original video from the drone's camera without conversion, with a resolution of 4k using the OpenCV library in conjunction with Python?
If there is such an opportunity, could you please provide examples of docker files for building the necessary docker image?
