Does anyone know how to make a factory reset to the M500 drone?

My drone cpus are above 60°C, the gpu is avobe 44°Cand the memory temperature is above 52°C
and is running this services
Are this temperatures normal?
And if it isn't normal, does anyone know how to factory reset the drone?
