When first setting up the drone, it was operational and could be flown. After some flying tests, I was looking at the available features in the voxl web interface and performed a system health check, which is attached. It was a failure (Battery_status: result = false, voltage_filtered_v = 0. The drone remained operational until 13/6/25, when it suddenly turned off and would not turn on again.
The next morning, I attached the freshly charged batteries and the drone came back to life for momentarily before all lights went off again. Since then, we have not been able to power on the drone at all.
I have tested both the batteries for voltage and they are within specification.
