Does the ELRS radio configuration ("Radio Config: WiFi and ELRS") support 868 MHz (EU ISM band) for the RC control link?

If ELRS 868 MHz is not supported, is there an equivalent option available (e.g., ImmersionRC Ghost 868 MHz)?
