I was unable to build some library dependencies of ORB SLAM2. Has anyone tried ORB SLAM2 or openvslam on VOXL?

Unable to run some docker images showing error "exec format error response from daemon: cannot start container". I have tried running the official image of ubuntu from docker hub.
/ # docker run -it --rm ubuntu:latest
exec format error

How to install external libraries using opkg which are not listed on http://voxl-packages.modalai.com/. For example lapack, blas, gfortran etc.
